Service Bell Sending a Unit
in for Repair
If you have equipment that is in need of repair, you can send it to the address below. Please box the unit with proper spacing between the unit and the box. You can use any carrier that you wish, but we would recommend insuring the package for a value equal to the replacement cost for the unit. Please mark the box with "ATTN: RADIOS", close to the shipping label.

In the box, please include a note (you can fill out the form below and then click the "Print Page" button) with your name, shipping address, and a telephone that we can reach you at during the day. This will allow us to call you with the estimated repair cost. All units sent in for repair will have a BENCH FEE applied to cover the cost of the testing and creation of an estimate. If you decline the estimated repairs, then the BENCH FEE, plus shipping and handling back to you, will be the only charge. If, however, you give the estimate an approval, then the BENCH FEE will credited toward the repair costs, plus shipping and handling back to you.

Payment for the bench fee must accompany the unit when being sent in. Diagnostics will not start until the Bench fee has been paid. The bench fee can be charged to a major credit card or you can send a Certified Cashier's Check or U.S. Postal Money Order. Personal checks will be returned at your expense. Please fill out the secure form below and click "Send Information". You can also fill in the form and print it, then fax it to us or place it in the box. If you want the unit returned COD, please note that the COD will be "Certified Cashier's Check or U.S. Postal Money Order Only".

If you are sending in a unit from your business, for your customer, please include a business card and the name of the contact person. If your business is in Florida, make sure that you enclose a signed blanket sales tax card. You will be charged sales tax, at your local rate, if you are in Florida and do not provide this card.
