Blaupunkt is now offering a $30.00 mail-in rebate on the Miami Beach CD52 radio.
- Fill out the information on the back of the coupon.
- Make a photo copy of the receipt showing the purchase with serial numbers listed.
- Mail in the rebate form to the address shown, Including the receipt photocopy. Do Not include the original receipt, it will not be
returned.

Terms and Conditions
- Offer good in the U.S. only (rebate in U.S. dollars).
- Store receipts must be dated on or before January 30, 2004. Sales receipt establishes purchase date.
- Claims must be postmarked by February 15, 2004
- Limit of 2 claim(s) per household/address.
- Keep copies of all materials submitted.
- All material submitted become the property of Bosch and will not be returned.
- Offer available to consumers only. Retailers and distributors are not eligible.
- Bosch's decision on eligibility is final.
- Rebate cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
- Bosch is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail.
- Offer void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law.
- Bosch may request additional information and deny an unsubstantiated rebate request.
