We can provide your copy of the Owner's Manual in printed form or electronically. We can send most manuals as a file attached to an E-mail for $12.50. For a paper copy, mailed to you, the cost will be
$25.00. This includes the manual and postage in the Continental USA.
Payment can be made with your credit card by sending an e-mail or fax with the following information.
- Credit Card number
- Expiration date
- Full name as stamped on the card
- Shipping Address (if a paper copy is needed)
- Billing Address of credit card (must have even if sending electronically)
- E-mail address
- A daytime phone number
- Your signature (if you fax us the order)
- Your driver's license number and state (if you e-mail the order to us)
- Please enter the word "order" and an underscore in the subject line (order_).
You can also send a money order for the Owner's manual, or a check. This will take longer, but if you do not want to use a credit card, it is another method that we can accept. |
